About CFS

A decade on site, not in brochures

CFS has been in construction for over a decade. We have taken contracts across the board: government work, private and public residences, swimming pools, and specialised projects such as buildings put up with shipping containers. We work with professionals for service delivery, we hold to safety on site, and we do not compromise on quality materials. Good people, good materials, work you can inspect.

The contract types we have handled

• Government contractsPublic contracts taken through tender and proper documentation, delivered to the specification in the contract.
• Private and public residencesHouses for families and residential blocks for public clients — both sit on our list of work done over the decade.
• Specialised buildsBuildings put up with shipping containers and other specialised projects — the work that needs a different method from a standard block house.
